Ten Diamonds South of Ottawa.
The Seaway Shootout Rep Tournament will be played on ten diamonds located south of Ottawa. More information on each will be forthcoming in pre-tournament information that will be sent out before the start of the tournament.Kemptville - South Gower Diamond 3
Completely, re-built in 2014, South Gower 3 is just off of Highway 416 in Kemptville (Exit 34). It features a batting cage, covered dugouts and grass infield with Washington Ball Mix basepaths. Two smaller, lit, diamonds at the entrance to South Gower Park. There is a play area for younger family members adjacent to the diamonds and a pavillion with picnic benches to provide protection from the elements. Re-built in Fall 2020 with grass infield, Washington Ball Mix basepaths, mound and bullpens, covered dugouts and new backstop. More often than not a cool breeze blows in off of the St. Lawrence making Earl Baker Park a pleasant venue for baseball. There is a splash pad across the street for families looking to cool off on a hot July day. Concessions, such as McDonalds and Tim Hortons, are minutes away. Located in the heart of Winchester, Ontario, Morgan Field is tucked in behind the town’s arena. The Municpality of North Dundas is presently making several improvements to the diamond that will be evident when the ball season begins. Concessions, such as Tim Hortons, are nearby.
